1. Data controller

The data controller of the data collected through this Marketplace is PACKSTIME e-SERVICES S.L.U., (hereinafter, "PACKSTIME"), with address at C/ Roger de Llúria 104 5º 2ª, 08037 - Barcelona, and email legal@packstime.com.

2. Purposes of processing, legitimacy and retention periods

The personal data collected through this Marketplace will be processed for the following purposes, as appropriate:

A-Respond to requests for information and/or queries: Respond to requests for information and/or queries made by the User. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the request for information and/or consultation has been responded to and, after that, for the periods of storage and limitation of responsibilities provided for by law. The legal basis for the processing is: a) the User's consent in the event that he/she uses the contact form existing in this Marketplace; or b) the legitimate interest of PACKSTIME in providing a response to the User in the event that the User uses other means of contact (sending spontaneous e-mails, telephone calls, sending written requests by post, etc.).

B-Sending commercial communications: To keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about the products, services and news of PACKSTIME, by sending bulletins and/or newsletters. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the consent given for the receipt of such communications is revoked and, after that, for the periods of storage and limitation of responsibilities provided for by law. The legal basis for the processing is the User's consent expressed through the channels made available to them in this Marketplace.

C-Sending of commercial communications from partners: PACKSTIME may communicate the User's personal data to companies related to the food, beauty, hygiene, home, cleaning, fashion, leisure, health and sports sector so that these companies can process such data to send the User information, offers and advertising messages, including by electronic means.  referring to the products, special promotions and services that each of these companies offer in the sector in which they operate. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the consent given for the receipt of such communications is revoked and, after that, for the periods of storage and limitation of responsibilities provided for by law. The legal basis for the processing is the User's consent expressed through the channels made available to them in this Marketplace.

D-User Account Creation: create a User account in the PACKSTIME Marketplace in order to access the services. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the consent given for the creation of a User account is revoked and, after that, for the periods of storage and limitation of responsibilities provided for by law. The legal basis for the processing is the User's consent.

E-Creation of a Store profile: create a Store profile in the Marketplace for the promotion and sale of products through it. The data processed for this purpose will be kept for as long as the business relationship between the Store and the Marketplace is maintained and, once this has ended, during the storage periods and limitation of responsibilities provided for by law. The legal basis for the processing is a) the performance of a contract when the Store has the status of a self-employed or self-employed worker or, b) the legitimate interest in maintaining the contractual relationship in the case of natural persons who, providing their services in the Store, contact PACKSTIME to enable the maintenance,  Development and management of the business relationship.

G-Maintenance, development and management of the relationship formalised by the contracting of products and/or services: to enable the contracting of promotional packs through the PACKSTIME Marketplace. The data processed for this purpose will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained and, once it has ended, during the storage periods and limitation of responsibilities provided for by law. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

3. Recipients

The data may be communicated to partners for the sending of commercial communications to Users who have given their consent; to the Stores where the User has made a contract through the Marketplace for the correct management of the order; to Public Administrations for compliance with legal obligations and to banking entities for the management of collections and payments.

They may also be communicated to the following categories of managers: Providers of electronic communications, office automation, hosting, housing, computer maintenance, management, accounting, auditing, advice and legal representation. Such processors may be located outside the European Economic Area with whom PACKSESTIMATE will have subscribed the appropriate guarantees for the security of the transfer.

4. Rights

The User may exercise the following rights related to their personal data before PACKSTIME: access; rectification; suppression; restriction of processing; data portability and opposition.

Similarly, in the processing of the User's data whose legitimacy is based on the consent given by the User, the User has the right to withdraw said consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

In any case, the User has the right to file a complaint with the corresponding supervisory authority if they deem it appropriate.
